Our Vision

Frontline is a community of wholehearted disciples, who long to see Liverpool transformed, by the hope and love of Jesus.

"Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. Do this with gentleness and respect."  1 Peter 3:15

We are an imperfect people, empowered by the Holy Spirit, passionately following Jesus together.

Our vision is to see:
Wholehearted disciples, sharing the hope of Jesus on their frontlines in Liverpool and beyond.
A vibrant church body with diverse places of belonging, support, growth and purpose.
Healthy, reproducing churches, seeking to build God’s kingdom in creative ways.

We outwork this through shared values:
Passionate about knowing God deeply
Living as one body, many parts
Sent out to build God’s kingdom

We are passionate about knowing God deeply.

Understanding how much we are loved by our Father God, living as devoted disciples of Jesus, and following the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Romans 12:2 ...let God transform you...

We spend time studying scripture, worshipping and in prayer. Our relationship with God is the fuel of all that we do.

We live as one body with many parts as described by Paul in 1 Corinthians 12.

Each part is needed, each part has a vital role.

Frontline is a place where followers of Jesus can find their belonging, support, growth and purpose in the family of God.

"All of you together are Christ’s body, and each of you is part of it." 1 Corinthians 12:27

We are a sent people, following Jesus on an adventure beyond our imagination, on a mission to share the hope of Jesus on the frontline in Liverpool and beyond. And to pray for a time when God will bring transformation to our city.

We play our part in building God’s kingdom through, meeting need, sharing hope and planting church.

Church does not always look the same, we celebrate the diversity of 'church' as we look to reach new people in new places.

We outwork all of this in Wavertree, Liverpool and the nations.
